Trust me on this - Topps is well aware of the general hatred for SOTFs. I can't seem to get a straight answer from them as to exactly why they must produce them year after year, but suffice it to say, as long as Chrome products continue to sell as well as they do, they have absolutely zero impetus to eliminate them.
