I used to see this all the time selling furniture.
Customer "Bob's furniture gives FREE delivery, you charge $50, I'm buying there."
Me "Bob's charges $80 more for the same item, sir. You get the better deal here."
Customer "Na uh, Bob's gives free delivery."
