Those emails are checked my Jeff our GM, who either answers them himself or forwards them on to the appropriate department.

We're certainly looking into launching a message board of our own, but right now our efforts are focused on bringing on and training some additional staff to handle the volume of business we're experiencing. We don't wan't to do anything half-heartedly. =)
