I think you'll have to give a refund but I would absolutely ask for the card back first. If he is straight up, then this would not be an issue for him......
ON a side note, it is interesting how your camera (i assume the ended listing on ebay #d 25/25 was yours), shows the card much more vividly than the scan. Usually its the oppsite correct....and it is convenient that the serial number is not seen in his scan...u never know what people are capable of....
