I am a bit confused -- so lets say I buy a couple of spots and get number 3 and number 9 when the random is done -- does that mean I get the 3rd pick and the 9th pick for cards?

So #1 would go, then #2 would pick their card, then my turn (and I would pick the best hit -- that I feel is available?)
