Thanks bud - I appreciate it..

Im sick and tired of the same woman answering the customer service line and being 100% nasty about things. She LOVES to push people away. She said " Theres nothing on our twitter stating the wrapper redemption has been extended ". Then i simply asked what is the address for the chrome redemptions . She gave me the PO Box for Topps Series 1 redemptions.. I can't wait until tommorow when i call them up and get in touch with mike lazzaro ( head of customer relations - has helped me redeem 07 expired redemptions before).. I'm going to explain how she treats topps customers and hopefully we'll get a new sales rep to talk to that will actually be helpful.

But thanks again - I really appreciate it!
