Or you could do 8 slots: base/parallel boxes 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12.
Of course slot prices will increase but there would be no dispute as to which player belongs to what teams.
I'm in for 1 if this generates interest.
1 box yields 12 base and 4 parallels. I could break it down 1 slot = 1 box of base/parallels? That would give me 12 slots for a total of 60. Price breaks down to $34.17 per slot + fees/shipping/handling.
My goal is to make this break worthwhile for everyone. I know it's unavoidable to get a bad draft pick and end up with junk, but when you keep cost down and the hits reasonable, you will at least come away with something. At least the base cards are on 48pt stock and the parallels start at Blue out of 299.
Last option is to do 1 slot = 2 boxes of base/parallels. That adds $4 per slot.
