I don't believe that they do. I purchased several at the start of this years eTopps (John Singleton, Manny Banuelos, Mike Trout, Miguel Sano) they sold a little above the IPO for the first couple of weeks and then dropped. I imagine the Harpers might hold a little more but topps is just putting out so much of his stuff, 2011 Bowman, Platinum, Chrome that I have a hard time believing they hold up that well especially since not a ton of people know about eTopps.
