I dont mind waiting but what I dont like is they give you a date and then it comes and goes and they dont even bother contacting you. To me its just good customer service to send a note to at least acknowledge the delay. Do they just assume they have us by the ba**s and we will just sit back at their mercy? What will keep us sending more cards in if we keep getting treated like that? What I do wonder is if Tim the owner is aware of what is being promised to us and not delivered. Also emails like above where they are saying they dont know when something will be done? I have always emailed him and not anyone else and have been taken care of. But the point is we shouldnt have to be the one who contacts them first. They should be keeping track of their commitments and contacting us with the delays. I am waiting on about 1500 additional cards that were due yesterday. I havent heard a word yet.

Not now............ Its is 3.00 for every batch of 500, but they did 510, so it was 3.00+51.00, then for the 865 cards, it was additional 3.00+86.50....... if they keep this up I might be $3 ahead at the end..... LOL
