Well if speaking to them in person isn't having much of an effect on them....i don't know that my email will solve anything else. Not sure what more i can do. I tried to go to bat for the guys on this forum and all i got was a ....well ya know...we have over blah blah sellers and we are swamped with work pulling and looking and looking and pulling....
