I think counting cards is a form of cheating. I never said it was ilegal. I said you would be thrown out of a casino if they thought you were.
As for AC, they wont throw you. They will just deny you table play. So you can sit around and play slots, but you cant hit the table for some Black "John". (not jack, but john)
