Here's the scoop from Shane at UD. I spoke with him at length regarding this the other night. There have been more layoffs including the entire department in their office that mails out replacements and redemptions. The cards are all pulled and packaged and were actually sitting in the office right across from him. You are correct that they are now being sent to Carlsbad to have a form letter inserted into each package and then sent out. He apologized that everything was basically put on hold due to the layoffs. He also told me that they inserted whatever each person stated they were missing. If you were missing 2 RPA's and 2 Multi sigs and a regular auto, he said thats what they put in the package. He just asked me to be patient. I did explain that the longer it took the less we would be able to recoup on resale as these are losing value everyday new product comes out, but there was nothing else he could do.
