Depending on your space in your store, have a couch or two with a TV to attract customers. A fridge with a variety of drink options (if a liquor license is feasible out there, stocking beer would be cool) the longer people are there the more likely they are to buy.

And to answer your other comment...yeah I want to get as many ideas from as many different collectors so that I can balance it all out and truly have a shop that fits everyones needs
