I look at it from the perspective of opening sealed boxes today.
If you could find a way to avoid running into several Signs of the Future autos when opening boxes, 2005 Bowman Draft is the best. Ryan Zimmerman, Ryan Braun, Jacoby Ellsbury, Jered Weaver, Stephen Drew, etc.
Because Signs of the Future fall a few per case in '05 (from what I've heard), I would instead go for 2008 Bowman Draft: Gamel, Chisenhall, Stanton, Ike Davis, Mike Montgomery, Lance Lynn, Jesus Montero (expired redemption
), Posey, etc.
