I need PayPal gift badly as I have to pay for a Pierre Thomas 1/1 I won yesterday usually goods would be fine but I forgot my PayPal account and made a new one cuz it was easier but new rule implemented where they hold money for 21 days in pending balance and the guy said I gotta pay in 7 days. Please CMB and I have other cards in boxes please pm me.
