I think OP took this situation out of hand..... Will leave it at that

He didn't scam you but was a low move by him. He obviously needed the $25 that bad.

Penny1fan obviously knew with his messages he would get bashed like this and didnt care, so he obviously needed the extra $25 that bad. You got your money back, he didnt scam you. Member feedback boards and neutral left on his feedback would have been the way to go.
