but u gotta care about getting the card back . if u dont .. then that buyer is successful in running this scam ..
he'll do it again .. maybe pricier cards / items i would imagine
u'd want the card back .. if not damaged and did file for a refund - what grounds? report to ebay if not damaged - so at least ebay can track this behavior so the next guy doesnt have to make thread for him
