Does anyone know if these are supposed to be jerseys or patches?

2004 SP GAME USED MICHAEL JORDAN /10 JERSEY PATCH KOBE LEBRON GARNETT | eBay

It seems he intentionally cut the words of the card off at the bottom of the picture. It says GAME and USED at the top and I assume it says PATCHES or JERSEYS at the bottom of the card?

Patches seem too good to be true.

Edit: Nevermind. Found my answer. Yet another fake...
