Did you get a refund? Yep.

Does anything else matter? Nope.

If Divino regularly packs out cards incorrectly and ships them out damaged, then I doubt he'd have very many happy customers. OP, you seem like the exception to the rule. Shut your mouth, count your refund, and move on.
