you should have filed after 4 days and then he/she gets 4 more days. by now you would have gotten your fees back, he/she would have gotten a strike and you could relist and block this buyer.

I have one right now that is ending in a few hours. I accepted buyers offer on 9/11, and since then nothing. Person has 100% feedback, last one on 9/10. They will be blocked and given a "Negative" positive to warn others once the case is closed.

You may say 3 days, but that doesn't matter to ebay, minimum is 4 days until you can open a case anyway.

Set it up for auto NPB claims and reminders. You can choose the time frame buyers get.
