My question is, what happens after we redeem them? How do they get split? There will be a total of 60 packs and 300 cards (if we get all successfully redeemed). Does each recipient resend the packs to you once we get them and a new break done with these packs in the form of a hit draft?
Asusming Option #1 is the choice I have a thought about how to handle who gets what.
60 packs would be 12 different shipments of 5 packs. Perhaps we hold a second random
of all slots, and the first 12 unique member names on the list get the option to have Houdini send in the packs for them. They would be responsible for the shipping cost and whatever is decided to be the "tip" to Houdini.
