WTH? You aren't studying business are you? What if UPS/FedEx or the USPS got lazy in their shipping practices? Someone pays UPS for a 3 day service, shipment goes out on Monday & should arrive on Thursday but if it can't be delivered there better be a good damn reason right? Ebay expects you to fulfill you obligations the same way & it's called good business practice!
