Hi, thanks for your purchase! Unfortunately for me, and you, on the way to the post office yesterday to mail your cards, two of the Andrew Luck base rookies (thank god nothing more valuable) were damaged by my dog. I am truly sorry for this, and was either going to refund you an amount we can agree on for the two base cards, or substitute 2 RG III base cards in their place, but I'm not sure if that is something you would want. If you can get back to me soon I can have them mailed out this morning. Thanks and again I am very sorry for my error, I'll be checking in to see if you get back to me.

Out of a 22 card lot it was two of the base cards...nothing else. Everything else is in exceptional condition I can assure you of this and send pictures of you would like. I am sorry but I do not see the point of returning the whole lot. I have a return policy and if you are unhappy when you receive them then I have no problem taking them back for full, but we agreed upon a deal and I understand that I allowed this to happen but I am just trying to be honest with you and come to another agreement. This is still a very nice lot of Andrew Luck and a valuable one for sure. The average Luck base cards have been selling for around $7-10 each shipped. I am more than willing to refund you the portion that is no longer included and for sure there is something else I can send you as well for the inconvenience. Please let me know if we can work something out to avoid dealing with getting ebay fees returned and having to relist this lot. I assure you, everything else is untouched.

Hey, before you go and get your panties in a bunch, why don't you relax and give me 2 seconds to respond. Yeah I didn't get back to you right away because I am not constantly checking to see if you sent me a message. I relisted the lot because I still have the lot and it took two seconds, your money is coming tonight so calm yourself. I am constantly moving money around so I could not do it right when I relisted. I was not planing on trying to scam you or whatever, if I was don;t you think I would have just sent the two damaged cards with the lot? My feedback is perfect so you have no right to freak out after two seconds because I didn't respond to you right away. I am the one who was trying to be honest and work with you because of a mistake, boo-#@#@#@#@in-hoo. I own a business and work long sometimes very weird hours, so do me a favor and quit wasting my time, relax take a chill pill and you'll have your money back when I am out of work tonight.

Explanations written like a fourteen year old are not necessary. You had time to relist and post on forums, you had time to write a lengthy message about you owning a business and how perfect your feedback is.......you had time to refund me, like relisting, it only takes two seconds.
