I had one removed when I was 13. In the car on the way back, the novicane wore off and I started to scream, and I mean really scream, at the top of my lungs. Oh. Looks like I forgot one important part. The wisdom tooth's root was attatched to my jaw, and they had to drill into my jaw-bone to remove it. Maybe that was what hurt.
