Give Triple Play an email or something. I actually traded with them once way back in the day and they were pretty cool. Maybe they can hook you up? $4.59 is obviously crazy high...you can get first class uninsured for $2.95 though which isn't as bad. Just barely over $5 when all is said and done but I bet they could lower it from there.
