I don't think it has to be damaging. I believe it could also strengthen it depending on how they handle the situation. If it's handled quickly and professionally with a strong stance on issues such as this as a whole, I can see people feeling more secure knowing that COMC has their back should an issue arise. If the situation is dragged out or COMC attempts to shift blame and avoid responsibility then I agree that it will significantly damage their business.

They are not near big nor nessecary enough to pull the same things ebay and paypal do.
