Darrell put the flower on Carols grave, they buried Carol & T Dog, but not Lori as the bloated Zombie Rick went off on had eaten Lori this according to the producers on Talking Dead.
Also on Talking Dead, they talked about Rick picking up the shell from when Carl shot his mother, every day since when they shoot the actor that plays Rick has that bullet in his pocket!
