yeah I hear that they are sore for a little until you get used to it. I'm pretty sure I'm a mouth breather when I sleep anyways, so hopefully it shouldn't effect me too much there. I guess cutting the amount down or even the loudness would be great.
My wife says I snore a lot, I don't believe her cause I've never heard it!
