I had similar issue (see feedback I left for him) but I think I caught him by his final shipping trip because I got my cards a few days after I contacted him about the shipment. Good luck getting yours and for everyone else involved with him (there was one other I know of, probbly more), never ever close your dispute until the cards are in your hands, or you will lose any further recourse.
