I have just spoke with Topps regarding the code situation. I gave them my contact info and they said they would contact me once they have the codes. Given the large amount of codes I (we) am due, they will be emailing the list. The rep I spoke with said to expect a call within a week or so.
It was my intention to PM the codes to everyone, and not send the hard-cards. That said, I will be sending the PM's once I know whether or not, and when, Topps will send me the other half of the codes.
