I had 2 tears in my labrum and one tore a chunk of bone off with it. I had that surgically repaired June 2010. They also tightened the capsule up to keep it from slipping out of place.
But then in Oct 2011 I had problems with it slipping out of place 5-6 times a week. I didn't tear the labrum this time, the capsule was loose again. So I had that tightened up again in June 2012 and I've been relatively good since. I had more trouble than some because of baseball like the post above. Only thing that was weird was that it is my non-throwing arm. I first dislocated it diving in the gym in college, smart huh? haha. So I don't need the complete full range of motion in my left as I would my right arm.
Truth is truth
