As for PSA vs BGS, the general consensus is to generally send your more modern cards to BGS and send your vintage (70's or 80's and before) to PSA. The prices I think are pretty similar. As for deciding what to send, it really depends. You can send cards that you think will have a higher resale value once graded or you can send cards that you just want protected. I have done both.
