I am going to say no.
I do not think that will cross to a PSA 10.
The Jake The Snake Roberts card is not one of the most difficult cards in the set but Jake has proven to be very popular with collectors.
The 1983 cards to do not have as many with terrible centering and there are other examples in the set which are more obvious that they are not deserving of the grade.
I struck out on every Andre card I bought and Hogan's as well. I cracked numerous BGS 9.5's from the sets to have them come back a PSA 8 and a PSA 9 so if there is not an equivalent PSA grade I do not consider there being a higher rated example.
I have indeed crossed over a number of BGS graded examples but unfortunately the cross rate has been less then 40%.
This is why the prices are lower.
