If you haven't already, file a PayPal claim. If you sent as a gift payment and don't get a response from him, I would strongly suggest contacting the PO and ask about filing mail fraud charges. Make sure you keep his email address that you used for payment so that you can contact him directly now that he is banned.
As for the person that mentioned "mystery packs" being against the rules, they are. Tons of you bought them and no one alerted us to them, so Robert, Pat, and myself never knew they existed. So we couldn't remove them before they got going.
Thanks for updating. Just so you know, I think someone said the email links back to a fake company and its Facebook page, so that might not be the way to go.
