Ebay Seller Protection Question
An item I shipped show delivery but the buyer says it hasn't arrived and started a case.
I have never had this happen before. The whole transaction is $4.94 so it's no big deal financially, but I'm not sure what happens next.
Does ebay seller protection protect me? Do I escalate the case? Am I supposed to just refund him?
All help would be appreciated.
