I dealt with a fraudulent seller who created a second account to win my items for the sole purpose of leaving me a dozen negative feedbacks. Obviously, the winner's address was given to me upon ending my items.
I contacted eBay, they confirmed the two accounts were the same person, removed the negatives, but did nothing to either account.
This isn't the old days. I don't know what is needed to suspend an account.
