I finally emailed Tom, Mark and Steve altogether a couple of days ago and Tim just emailed me back. So it looks like the staff@ address has at LEAST a 2 week backlog for answering, making it almost not worth using. Hopefully they can figure out what happened to my missing cards.
And apparently I can still order from COMC and get my cards in about a week, but they're taking their sweet time getting the 15 cards back to me they didn't enter into the system.
