Recent successful college coaches in the NFL haven't been the best. Everyone forgets colleges players play the game to heart and a lot of NFL players play for the money. With Eagles having so many selfish players that want the ball, Kelly will not be able to break that mentality. Even Andy Reid, which is a great head coach couldn't even get his players to understand the "team" concept. Kelly will be back as a head coach in 2-3 years like Sporier (SP?) & Saban. College ball vs. NFL is a completely a different animal.

And I don't think it's about heart vs. money. If money was a carrot, college players are trying to catch it while the NFL-ers have eaten quite a few.
