I was able to get my money back on a card that was damaged in transit. However, it was a little different. It was graded by PSA, and the slab broke. I think the card itself was fine. However, USPS refunded the total amount that was paid by the buyer.
They used the pictures as evidence, and they didn't take the item at all.
