So there is no confusion, in the event that a Player on the ASG roster sits out the game (due to any reason), that player's statistic (pts, ast, rbs) will be registered as a 0 (zero) for grid giveaway calculation purposes.

Here are 2 separate examples below (based upon theoretical/projected stats)

Example #1

-Carmelo Anthony is out and does not play.
-Giveaway #1 - Total combined points would be calculated as follows:

Carmelo Anthony - 0 Points
+
Kobe Bryant - 18 points
+
LeBron James - 32 points
=
50 Total Combined Points

Therefore, participant who is in grid spot 5 across and 0 down will receive the Bowman Draft Baseball Prospector's Lot.


Example #2

-LeBron James is out and does not play.
-Giveaway #2 - LeBron James Total Points would be calculated as follows:

LeBron James - 0 Points
=
0 Total Points

Therefore, participant who is in grid spot 0 across and 0 down will receive the "Prizm Perfection" BSKT & FB Box Lot.

Hopefully, this clears up the question of "what happens if Player X does not play in the All-Star Game".
