Hello Everyone!

I'm sorry we haven't been able to address this in a more timely manner! Tim is aware of the issue, and should be working to fix it now. He's at the Industry Summit currently, so he unfortunately hasn't been able to give it his full attention.

I'm not sure entirely what the issue is with the long delays in some promotions going live (it typically doesn't exceed 1-2 hours after approval), but live promotions should be registering when individual cards are viewed.

Again, I am sorry for the issues. Some of them are starting to correct themselves, and we are currently working to resolve the ones that aren't. As always, please send us and email or any of our representatives here a PM if we can help mitigate the effects of the problem.
