PSA/DNA and Ebay have a "Quick Opinion"... usually it's for a potential buyer that wants to get a 2nd opinion on an Ebay item. If it were me? I'd list your ball on Ebay for some high BIN/BO then send the link to PSA/DNA for the authenticity verification. It would only cost $1+ to list, and I think it's $7 or so to get an e-mail back from PSA/DNA saying "Item 12345328... is likely genuine/fake". I am not an expert on autographs, so I won't comment on your football. Good luck.
