Up to now I was very pleased with your efforts - not necessarily topps' efforts (absurdly bad CS and QC), but at least I was impressed enough with you and this release to order 25 cases. Way to treat one of your biggest customers. You can bet I will think very hard about continuing to support your products.
I take all the good with the bad. No one is ever going to be 100% happy and there's always going to be people who don't like what we do.
As for you being a big customer, I (as a Topps employee) appreciate your business. But that's all i'll say about that part of your comment.
