All you need to do is go to the section that you want (inside the marketplace:
THE MARKETPLACE - Blowout Cards Forums), select the sub forum that most accurately fits what your wanting to buy/sell/trade, and you can then start your thread by clicking on the "new Thread" button. Take a minute and read the rules though. Any questions just send me a message.
