Which means that UD was holding on to stuff that was supposed to be available in the product (whether as a redemption or otherwise). I.e. if there's 20 gretzky autos total and you're supposed to have a 1:2000 chance of pulling one but they actually only put 15 in then their stated odds aren't accurate.
Stated odds are correct...they do hold some cards back for replacement purpose and the overall reflects that. All companies do it...
the odds stated is the number of cards available in boxes not how many were made...(other than the 1/1s of course)....
