They are telling you that you could hit something big, which is true, but in reality, the majority of people won't make back their money spent. You don't know what you are getting with any sealed box of cards.

Granted, courts love to throw around the term "gambling" when it doesn't apply (like buying cards, playing poker, etc), so they may rule that way but they really shouldn't.
