If we get a cut auto from a non NFL team, or a team that no longer exists, what happens?

i.e. Angelo Bertelli - Notre Dame
Frank Kinard - Brooklyn Dodgers
Joe Foss - No Team
Leon Hart - Notre Dame

just random with everyone?
