Topps' quality control strikes again. They are incredibly incompetent.

I can hear them now, "Open ALL your cases and save ALL the barcodes, wrappers, receipts, etc. if you don't get a RIP card and send them in. You will get fairly compensated!"

And then here comes all the Jeff Kent rip card replacements (or whoever is the worst guy in the set).
