They'll be valuable to whoever pulls them because they are made in only limited quantities. The problem here lies in the fact that if these cases had 250+ rip cards that means there will be 250+ cases that don't have them. When you are investing the type of money folks are into buying cases of this and you see this type of fiasco it really makes you ill.
