Also, if you've sent cards in for replacement recently, please post the procedure in detail here and i will update the original post. ie, "i called their customer service number first and they gave me an address", or "I just sent cards in to this address", or "I emailed them first", etc...

I realize we get a lot of the same questions over and over, so I'm trying to centralize some of this info here in the FAQ's area to reduce unnecessary clutter.
